With the Proactive Package, you receive all of the services listed in The Profitable Package, which are:

- Assigning new clients to the best-fit therapists and managing client workload
- Updating client records
- Scheduling clients and rescheduling missed/cancelled sessions
- Sending & processing intake paperwork
- Collecting insurance information
- Billing third parties
- Contacting clients for unpaid services
- Office management including bill payments and ordering office supplies
- Billing clients and sending receipts
In addition to also receiving support focused on helping you streamline and grow your practice, taking it to new heights and reaching new audiences:
